As I look at myself in the mirror, I’ve noticed that since I gave birth to my second baby, I have not gone back to my former “cute” body build. I sometimes do exercise, but this is not consistent, what with two youngsters (a nearly 3-year-old girl and a five-month-old baby) now to attend to.
