As a busy parent, I do long for those days where I could treat myself to some “me-time”. For me, a relaxing treat could be as simple as an uninterrupted sleep or reading my favorite book.

How about you, what fun ways do you do to relax? Here are some suggestions I can think of:
• Go for a hike, even just a few minutes’ walk in the park would do
• Get a nice massage
• Treat yourself to a favorite meal
• Read a good book (take a break from reading about the latest gadgets or colon cleanser reviews)
• Play with the kids
• Cook or bake some goodies and enjoy watching your family happily munching them
• Visit a friend and bring some flowers or gifts
