Ugh! I was looking at my pictures taken when we had a picnic last weekend and I am disgusted with my tummy! It has already been three months since I gave birth but it hasn’t shrunk yet! I still look like I am 3-4 months pregnant!!! Worst thing is, it’s already spring and I can’t hide the ugly bulge beneath jackets anymore. I was wondering if hcg diet can help me get back to my flat tummy.

I am already thinking of lessening my carbohydrates intake starting today and eat more greens but I don’t know if it’s healthy for a lactating mom like me. I still have to research on that one!
