I just missed a big sale last weekend. Too bad, we already bought some furniture just few days before the sale. I could have gotten a big discount with such purchase. Ugh. Why didn’t the mall announce the sale a week before? It was not so publicized unlike the Black Friday sale which almost everybody knows about, shoppers would line up hours before the stores open so they’d be the first to get big discounts.

With the recent 3-day sale at SM, we could have just reserved our chosen items with the merchandiser to be sure of the availability. We already did this before, we reserved some items to be bought the night before the scheduled sale, and the next day we bought it at a discounted price. Oh well, with the economic crisis these days, getting discounts and deals are a big help to one’s pocket.
