I’m getting excited about one of my investments, my condominium unit located in Paranaque City. It may not be that posh or lavish as one of those Santa Cruz homes but I’m proud about this unit. Its location is considered ideal for those who want everything within reach as it is just few minutes from the SM mall, market, church, banks, food establishments and other businesses. It’s also near the International Airport, and going to Terminal 1 would only take about 15 minutes if there’s no traffic. I’m looking forward to leasing it for tenants when it will be ready for occupancy within this month. For now, we’re praying and still considering about whom to appoint as the leasing manager to take care of the rental details.
