I haven’t been sleeping well lately which really bothers me coz being pregnant, I should be getting enough sleep. I just read from Yahoo’s featured article 5 Habits to Break Before It’s Too Late which listed number 1 as lack of sleep. It says that “studies show that a minimum of seven to nine hours of uninterrupted sleep (at night) are essential for health.” it is during sleeping time that our bodies repair and recovers from all the metabolic processes that our bodies perform each second. See? All the more I need to get all the rest I need coz I am PREGNANT!
So it’s not just looking for the best eye cream to get rid of the black circles around my eyes that I am finding solution to, but also how to be able to get a good night’s rest. I have already tried asking getting massage before sleeping and drinking milk too. It helps me go to sleep but as soon as the urge to pee wakes me up, I find it hard to fall back to sleep again. So sad.
