Almost every week, hubby has to go to the post office to claim packages. We’ve been actively shopping online; he likes to shop in e-bay for his computer peripherals and I lately have tried online shopping for some preggy clothes. Last week we received two packages – one was for me and the other one was a big box containing diapers, diaper wipes, and other household essentials. This week I am expecting another package to arrive again! Yey! I am excited already. I hope this time it will fit me right. My previous orders from online were disasters.
Anyway, we’re glad to be helping save the environment by shopping online. It’s what they call Green shopping because “shopping online consumes less energy and reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 35 percent compared to shopping at traditional retail stores.“ That’s according to study made by Carnegie Mellon University’s Green Design Institute. If there’s one thing I like about online shopping, it’s its convenience especially that a preggy woman like me easily gets tired from all the walk shopping in stores entails.
