My husband’s company required their employees to submit their vacation plans for this year in order to schedule their leaves apart from each other. They only have few work force left working on their projects; it will be difficult for them to function smoothly if two employees would be away at the same time.

How does that affect us? That means we have to immediately make our vacation plans.

We’re still deciding where to go. We already have a few cities (Rome, Barcelona…) in mind to choose from but we still didn’t look up on the flight schedules and airfares, hotel rates, etc. I am not even sure if flying out of the country for a vacation is a good move especially that we have a lot of expenses coming up the next month. Maybe we should just ask around for a term life insurance quote instead of flight and hotel quotes.  That probably would be a smarter move since neither me or my husband have life insurance yet. Anyway we’ll decide once we know how much money the trip will cost.  If it’s too much, then we might just consider taking a vacation within the country.  There are many places in CZ that we haven’t seen yet anyway.
