A friend was showing us her pictures in her younger years and we couldn’t help but notice the difference in her physique. She used to be big before but now that she’s married and has a child, she has slimmed down. Normally, a woman gains weight once she’s married and have children, but in her case, she’s got a nicer figure now.

She told us that when she was weighty, friends would ask her if she was pregnant. And when she lost weight, they asked her if she was sick. That only shows that people will always have something to comment whether you’re fat, slim, tall, short, etc. What’s her secret for achieving such a slim figure? She didn’t take any weight loss product but instead she was careful with her diet and was also diligently going to the gym.  Good for her!  I know many women who are having weight problems after childbirth and this friend is so blessed to have a nice body.
