When we took a trip to a mountain resort a couple of months ago, we had a problem sending and receiving sms because the cell reception in the area was bad. There probably weren’t enough cell towers set up by the mobile company. Fortunately we didn’t really have any important need for our mobile phones but in cases when an emergency arises, it sure would help having an easy access to communication while being away. One factor that customers are looking for when choosing a telecommunication company is how wide their signal coverage is.   The more cell sites they have, the more customers would be attracted to them.  Mobile companies should look into that so they can service their clients better and effectively.
