The downside of renting a house is that you’ll never know when the owner would decide to end your stay. Our contract expires next month, and we’ve been told that the landlady has no plans of renewing our contract. Nothing is definite yet until hubby talks with her and clarifies the issue. But if it were really true, ugh! I hate having to pack up our things again and look for a new place. Good thing we didn’t buy many things so we only have few to carry with us if there is a need to transfer places again. What if we move to another continent? We’ll need to send our stuff in shipping boxes then, but for now, it’s just within the city and moving them by car is enough.
