Few days ago, I met up with my college friends after a long time of having not seen each other. We spent a lot of time talking and sharing about our lives. It’s nice to know that most are successful in their chosen careers and also in their family life but one friend with a background in accounting was complaining that she is having difficulty finding a job. Finding a job can be difficult these days especially if you’re the picky type.

On the contrary, there are many jobs in marketing that I’ve seen online. At the Marketing Job Force, there were 2,273 available jobs with 826 new jobs in the past 14 days. This gives people looking for work an option to try their hand in marketing like my friend. But I am not sure if she’s willing to shift into a different career yet.  Maybe when she has exhausted all effort in finding work in her field without any positive results, only then she will consider a job in marketing.
