I always start my day with a power breakfast but since I had my daughter it’s one eating habit that I haven’t been practicing diligently. The usual breakfast which has cereal, fruits, sometimes toast with eggs or ham and my favorite choco drink has now been changed with a quick nibbling on crackers or an apple or eating what’s left of my child’s meal.
I’m correcting it by taking snacks in between or when my daughter is occupied, I sneak out to the kitchen and make myself a sandwich or grab a yoghurt or banana or whatever fruit is there. Sometimes I wonder if this is healthy or if I need health supplements such as orovo to add to my daily diet. But I think I’ll just eat more fruits through the day; that is if I don’t forget to eat.
