Cooking for two is really tricky. I’m used to cooking for many persons, but since I got married, I still have to master cooking for hubby and I without wasting any food. You see, my hubby’s appetite is unpredictable. There are times that he can devour the food like a hungry lion and there are times when he eats little or worse, he doesn’t eat at all. And the latter situation is what I dread most coz it means there will be leftovers. I don’t really mind eating leftovers but sometimes it’s not enough for both of us for another meal, I have to cook again. And then the cycle continues. Oh at times I also don’t like eating leftovers. Hahaha It really depends on my mood. So I’m thinking maybe eating out is better for us. I won’t have to cook and we order only what we can finish. Well, not really often but occasionally only. At least our ref can also rest from leftover dwellers.

Current leftover state: Spaghetti from last night. Stir fry vegetables noodles from lunch and chicken with vegetables from dinner. Tomorrow we’ll attend a party so we won’t be at home to eat the leftovers. What I did was packed them each in a plastic canister and placed in the freezer. It will come handy when I’m alone at home swamped with child care and other house chores. That will save me from body pains due to over work or else I’ll have to use Medizym join & muscle cream to alleviate the pain.
