sweet potato fritters

I miss eating sweet potato fritters! This kind of root crop is definitely not common here. Potatoes yes, but sweet potatoes? They’re expensive as we have to buy it from an Asian Store which sells imported goods from (where else) Asia!

I was drooling as I read the recipe of the Pecan crusted sweet potato pie. I hope I can bake such delicious pie when I’m back home; where sweet potatoes are way cheaper! Yummy, for now I’ll let my imagination work instead.
