I tried my hand in making chicken macaroni salad today. That’s after seeing chicken salad in one of the blogs I dropped EC and also after eating out on Sunday in a buffet serving macaroni salad. Back to my experiment, it was challenging to make it tasty coz for one thing, the canned pineapple they sold lack the sweet and tangy taste and the pickles they have isn’t sweet and sour.

I’ll leave that to my friends to judge whether it’s yummy or not. If there’s plenty left of the salad that means its no good!
